Working alongside the CEO to lead the compacy and develop the integrated strategic direction of the business, from acquisition and sales targets, to data lead creative marketing plans to drive growth. Developed businesses concept, brand, pitch, brand story and mission. Successfully designed, managed and built the award-winning Fillit product.
Drives all aspects of creative experience design and strategy ensuring the delivery of the highest quality creative with the most effective results. Works closely with both clients and partners to develop extremely collaborative partnerships aimed at understanding client goals and achieving the results that matter.
Spear-headed a new digital wing of the business. Pushed the studio’s digital output into new areas, including both web and product design. Secured new business from key growth clients including Primark, Abtran, Philip Lee and Voyze. Won creative pitches for ATL Marketing campaigns. Completed successful pitches including to Brown Thomas, Irish FA and Four Star Pizza.
Built and managed the creative out-put of one of Ireland’s most renowned agencies. Creating campaigns and creative that introduced international clients to the potential of a digital first outlook across both the Irish and UK markets. Worked closely with the Account Directors to develop close client partnerships and to give a creative voice to their brands.
The Gentlemen’s Academy run not-for-profit educational evenings directed at men. The Academy connects with local businesses and professions who are excelling in their professional fields with our core membership in Dublin and London. Selected collaborators include Guinness, Hendrick’s, Jameson, Movember, 3FE, Clique Veuve, Weirs Jewelers, Drury Buildings, Fallon & Byrne, Coppinger Row.
